Job Title: Product Analyst (Data & Reporting) Job Summary: The Product Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting the development of the Elite Loan Origination System (LOS) on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. This role focuses on identifying data and reporting needs, gathering functional requirements, and ensuring solutions align with business, regulatory, and compliance objectives. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to define data, reporting, and analytics needs Elicit, document, and manage functional requirements and use cases Support regulatory, financial, and compliance reporting through data analysis and reporting Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions Develop standard and ad hoc reports to support decision-making Track deliverables and ensure alignment with project timelines Qualifications Experience in business or product analysis within a technology-driven environment Knowledge of regional banking and/or commercial lending processes Familiarity with regulatory and compliance reporting Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in an onshore/offshore team model Preferred Skills Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Agile/Scrum experience Data visualization and reporting tools SQL and/or SOQL knowledge Seniority Level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Research, Analyst, and Information Technology Industries Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
