Legal Receptionist
Location: Shakopee, MN
Pay: $20.00 $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Thursday (7:30 AM 4:30 PM) + Fridays (7:30 AM 2:00 PM)

Key Duties:
- First point of contact for our clients
- Answer incoming calls
- Greet in person clients
- Calendar management/Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Maintain a filing system
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school education
- 1 year minimum of office or administrative assistant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading
- Proficiency in using phones, email, and MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Courteous, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
