Sr. Recruiter

Position Summary: The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for providing the highest quality relationship management for the fulfillment of open positions at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota. This position provides consulting to recruiters and hiring managers to source top talent for the organization, creates innovative and diverse sourcing strategies through marketplace insights and employment branding, and provides a first-class experience for candidates and hiring managers. This position assists in leading recruiting-related initiatives, projects, manager training, and other activities.

Day in the life: In a typical day, the Sr. Recruiter can expect to...

  • Recruiting and Sourcing: Performs full cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing to develop a well-qualified talent pipeline and diverse slate of candidates for all roles.
  • Business Partnership: Partners with stakeholders to anticipate and meet the needs of the organization in regard to identifying and securing top talent.
  • Project Management: Oversees projects to continuously improve the recruitment process for hiring managers and candidates.

Job Pay & Perks: Pay range: $81,641-$99,784 yearly This is a flexible-hybrid role whose essential functions allow the employee to primarily work from a personal home office but also require the employee to work at a physical GESMN or partner facility as business needs require, sometimes with great urgency and little notice. About You: Required Knowledge & Skills: Demonstrated sourcing and networking skills, along with a depth and breadth of diversity recruiting experience. A passion for superior candidate experience and diversity hiring. Ability to deliver customer-focused recruitment solutions. Ability to build relationships and work across functions and various levels of the organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail.

Prior Experience & Education: 5-7 years of retail, corporate, social services/nonprofit, and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full cycle recruiting. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and partner relationships High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
