Recruiter Position at Snap Inc.

Snap is looking for a recruiter to join the talent acquisition team at its Santa Monica, CA office.
The recruiter will partner with Snap's leadership team across multiple organizations to understand hiring needs and devise effective plans to deliver against them. They will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, develop diverse talent pipelines, and serve as a trusted talent partner. The recruiter will also provide a high-touch candidate experience and utilize data reporting to drive decision making and process improvements.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the recruiter position include proven ability to run a full-desk with a variety of duties and responsibilities, exceptional organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, demonstrated initiative, ownership, and autonomy, and a collaborative team player mindset.
Minimum qualifications for the recruiter position include a BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience and 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience. Preferred qualifications include experience working in both small and large tech companies, experience with high volume recruiting, experience developing and implementing recruiting strategy and interview processes alongside business leaders, and experience communicating directly with leadership including director up to VP level.
