Interim HR Manager
LHH is seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to provide leadership and support for our clients' human resources operations. This role will ensure compliance, oversee talent acquisition, and drive HR strategies during a transitional period.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, diversity, and retention strategies.
- Guide managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Oversee disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary.
- Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements.
- Implement HR systems and processes aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven HR leadership experience (manager level or above).
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay/Benefits
- Pay: $34/hr - $54/hr depending on experience
