Accounting Clerk (Contract to Hire)
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in accounting? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contract-to-Hire Accounting Clerk to join our team in Ontario, CA.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Handle invoices, ensuring accuracy in the 3-way match process.
- Code transactions in Sage 100.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
- Perform collection activities if needed, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments.
- Assist with administrative and office tasks as required.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of AP/AR experience
- Familiarity with Sage 100 software.
- Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Pay details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
