Accounting Clerk (Contract to Hire)

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in accounting? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contract-to-Hire Accounting Clerk to join our team in Ontario, CA.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  2. Handle invoices, ensuring accuracy in the 3-way match process.
  3. Code transactions in Sage 100.
  4. Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
  5. Perform collection activities if needed, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments.
  6. Assist with administrative and office tasks as required.
  7. Maintain organized records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of AP/AR experience
  • Familiarity with Sage 100 software.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
