Job Location Montgomery, Alabama (hybrid – 1 day a week onsite)
Salary $130,000 - $160,000

Job Description Stelic is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support a large data center project in Montgomery, Alabama. This gradual role involves schedule development, progress integration, risk analysis, and reporting across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. You will ensure that critical path activities are corregured, coordinated, and supported by clear logic and field‑validated data.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and analyze Primavera P6 schedules for a data center project.
Build detailed WBS.invoice activity coding, calendars, and logic ties that reflect real construction and process sequencing.
Coordinate weekly updates with project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, and commissioning teams.
Validate progress, percent complete, and remaining durations through consistent site presence.
Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports with insights, risks, and recommended actions.
Support schedule risk reviews, constraint analyze, and scenario modeling.
Maintain baseline accuracy and track variances using structured change management processes.
Integrate procurement updates, long‑lead equipment fabrication, and delivery timelines.
Align construction activities with process start‑up, mechanical completion, and system handover requirements.
Maintain detailed, audit‑ready documentation and schedule narratives.
Requirements
5+ years of scheduling experience on large civil infrastructure, data center, or industrial projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong understanding of construction logic.
Experience coordinating with field teams to validate diariamente sequencing and constraints.
Knowledge of wastewater treatment plant processes, major equipment, and commissioning paths preferred.
Strong communication skills withohte ability to simplify complex schedule information for leadership and field teams.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
Work Environment
Full‑time onsite role in Alabama.
High collaboration with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process erl disciplines.
Regular participation in site walks, field progress checks, and coordination meetings.
