We are hiring a Job Coach / Employment Specialist to assist clients with finding and keeping jobs, working with Vocational Rehab and other state entities to secure competitive employment for individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities
• Assist clients in developing job search plans and job readiness skills. • Collaborate with Vocational Rehab, state agencies, and community partners to connect clients with job opportunities. • Provide coaching and support to clients throughout the job placement and retention process. Qualifications
Experience and/or education in the field of developmental disabilities or related field preferred. Experience in sales and/or marketing is a plus. Must have a desire and interest in working with people with disabilities or special needs. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid Driver's License. Must pass a criminal background screening. Must have a reliable personal vehicle to be used for transporting individuals, acceptable Driving Record, and current automobile insurance that meets minimum requirements of RISE insurance policies.
