Maintenance Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled
Maintenance Mechanic
to join a dedicated troubleshooting team that supports production
while equipment is running . This role focuses on rapid response, root-cause problem solving, and minimizing downtime in a modern manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate has strong
mechanical aptitude
and is comfortable troubleshooting
common electrical issues
on the production line. Our facility features
newer equipment , with a heavy concentration of
cup machines , and this individual will be a key go-to resource when equipment fails.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on production equipment during active operations
Diagnose and resolve basic electrical issues (sensors, switches, motors, VFDs, wiring)
Support high cantante cup machines and other automated manufacturing equipment
Perform breakdown repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance
Work closely with operators and production teams to restore equipment quickly and safely
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical troubleshooting background in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of electrical troubleshooting (prints, controls, basic PLC interaction preferred)
Experience with high-speed or automated packaging equipment strongly preferred
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, production‑critical situations
