friendly and reliable PRN Receptionist
to serve as a welcoming face of our facility on an as-needed basis. If you’re organized, professional, and enjoy creating positive first impressions, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
Answer incoming calls, transfer calls appropriately, and take accurate messages
Manage sign-in procedures and visitor logs
Provide general administrative support as needed
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
What We’re Looking For:
Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
Flexible availability to work as needed, including occasional weekends or holidays
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
