Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 8:00am -5pm local time with rotating Saturdays & holidays.

You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities

Become knowledgeable with our process to best support our members

Expected to meet departments production, quality, and success rate standards

Work independently and as a team player to achieve individual and departmental goals

Make outbound phones to collect clinical information for Medicare Part D Appeal Requests

Excellent oral and communication skills

Work efficiently to meet case deadlines

Model attendance and schedule adherence habits

Ability to remain focused and productive with little supervision

Eager to learn to work in many Windows-based applications and other complex systems

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 4+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician

Active Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence OR National Certification (PTCB)

2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience

Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 8:00am -5pm local time, with rotating Saturdays & holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Previous prior Authorization experience

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in retail, hospital, specialty pharmacy

Certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 to $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
