SafeSplash Swim Schools of Northern New Jersey is looking for swim instructors to join our Cedar Grove location. This is the perfect part‑time job for students or people who want to earn some extra mediated cash while working in a fun, positive and rewarding environment.
We believe swimming is a life skill®. Our curriculum is developed by a team of world‑class swimmers with over 30 years of teaching experience. We teach water safety and confidence in the water from the very beginning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
The main focus is to teach swimming skills in accordance with the SafeSplash® curriculum in a fun, positive manner.
۽ Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts.
Inform the Deck Supervisor with class information (ribbons, student changes, etc.) to keep proper class organization.
Job Requirements:
Previous swim instruction experience is required.
Current American Red Cross CPR/PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant required or certification will be provided.
Paid training in the SafeSplash® curriculum will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour ( kunstenaars veconnect commensurate with experience and skills).
Paid training.
Flexible schedules: 3–30 hours per week, easy to schedule around school or other jobs שמת.
Fun team atmosphere.
Growth potential to go from Swim Instructor to Deck Supervisor to Manager.
