Serasana Bee Cave
We are looking for a licensed esthetician to join our team to provide 50 and 80 minute facials. Serasana Bee Cave also offers acupuncture, massage, reiki. We use the PCA skincare line for our facials and retail. Our facials are primarily high touch and low tech. Our environment is unique--we have a beautiful tea bar and a thoughtful retail selection that supports our clients on their wellness journey. We have seven treatment rooms in addition to our beautiful Yoga studio which can also be used for services.
Responsibilities
Understand the Serasana model of health and wellness, and work together with fellow team members to help our clients take full advantage of available offerings Cleaning the skin Evaluating the skin condition of clients Discussing how clients can take better care of their skin Recommending and selling products Consult with clients regarding their current needs, medical history and overall wellness Guide clients through our service offerings Recommend treatment plans that can includesuggestions forbetter health includingyoga, acupuncture, meditation, tea and other remedies toassist clients in their wellness journey Take detailed histories, including information about injuriesand chronic health conditions Complete SOAP notes after each session Customizesessions around specific complaints or problem areas Provide client withwritten WellnessRecommendationsafter each session Disinfecting of tools, treatment rooms and workspaces after each client Availability to work on the weekend and afternoon shift. Qualifications
Current Texas License for Estheticians. Current Liability Insurance. Prior experience in PCA is a plus Education Requirements
All esthetician positions require that candidates have at least completed a state-approved cosmetology or esthetician program. Other Requirements
Frequent bending at waist Ability to assist disabled clients Ability to lift 50 lbs Live a tobacco-free lifestyle Report to work free from any adverse effects of drugs or alcohol Compensation
$25 - $42 per facial + 10% retail commissions + gratuities Benefits
Paid training in PCA product line if not already trained All supplies and each treatment room is fully equipped Flexible schedule 20% Retail Discount Free Unlimited Yoga classes
