Randstad is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a facility in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations with a primary focus on leading staff and overseeing inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and shipping. As a supervisor, you will ensure the facility remains safe and organized while working to improve overall efficiency and implementing goals established by the Warehouse Manager.
Compensation & Schedule
Salary: $57,000 - $64,000 per year
Shift: First (7 AM – 5 PM)
Education: High School
Responsibilities
Motivating teams, delegating tasks, conflict resolution, building rapport, and evaluating performance.
Prioritizing tasks, managing workflows, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
Inventory control, WMS proficiency, data analysis, understanding supply chain, and familiarity with warehouse equipment scanners, forklifts.
Identifying issues, resolving operational challenges, and finding ways to streamline processes.
Clear verbal/written instructions, providing feedback, and coordinating with other departments.
Essential Functions
Working in a smoke‑free environment
Wearing steel‑toe shoes
Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
Standing for up to 7 hours at a time
Working up to 5 hours of overtime per week
