Plans, schedules, coordinates, and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.**Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:*** Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment’s etc.), confirmation of the order.* Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group.* May also help inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.* Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations* Preparation of long-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast).* Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /non-consumed demand, planned WO's.* Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing.* Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences.* Preparing management and CFT specificized reports, monitoring of KPI's.* Giving assistance, replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT.* Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.* Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.* Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs.* May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.* Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.* Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.* Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers, and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.* Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.**Here is some of what you’ll need:*** 5 years of experience as a Planner Scheduler Materials planner or similar roles* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience* Experience in Automotive Production Manufacturing* Experience with BAAN preferred* SMT Production planning experience *(preferred)** Excellent Excel Spreadsheet experience* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.* Production Planning/scheduling, and DOF (Direct Order Fulfillment)* Previous experience in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry* MicroSoft Office Suite* Customer communication and meetings* Learn new tools/software quickly and work/multi-task under pressure#LI-YV1**What you'll receive for the great work you provide:*** Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans* Life Insurance* Short-term and Long-term Disability* Matching 401(k) Contributions* Vacation and Paid Sick Time* Tuition Reimbursement## ## Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRelocation:Not eligible## NoFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
