Utilities Operator (Night Shift)

**Position Brand Description:** We are seeking a Utilities Operator at the Advance Therapies Manufacturing Site (LP2) in Lebanon, IN. The Utilities Operator is directly responsible for ensuring that the generation and distribution of the utility services is provided without interruption of service to support the needs of the facility. The Utilities Operator will be responsible for gray, clean, and plant utilities. The role is responsible for the direct execution of utility operations (per SOPs and operational execution instructions) in order to safely and compliantly support the manufacturing of high-quality medicine.**Key Responsibilities:**Ability to respond quickly and proactively to changing priorities within a reasonable timeframeEnsure utility operations maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements at all timesCarry out daily monitoring testing and cleaning duties as assigned on the above listed systems to ensure equipment and systems are in good operating conditions and they are maintained in accordance with local and corporate regulatory requirementsUnderstand Health, Safety & Environmental-regulated environment and application of Health & Safety/Process Safety standards in order to execute key/critical cGMP dutiesKnow and follow cGMP practices, safe work habits, plant dress code, hygiene standards, and housekeeping requirements unique to the work area and job classification **Basic Requirements:** Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office tools)Previous experience in facility/area start-up environmentsMechanical trades and previous plant utilities / equivalent Military experienceSolid understanding of FDA guidelines and cGMP requirementsExcellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (Maximo, SAP)Ability to work 12-hour night shifts as part of our 24/7 operational scheduleAbility to work flexible schedules during training and startup periodAbility to work overtime as requiredAt Lilly we strive to ensure our employees are part of a team that cares about them and our shared purpose of making life better for those around the world.
