1st Shift
Pay Range:
$17.00 - $25.00/hour (depending on skills and experience)
Work Location:
Onsite - Saegertown, Pennsylvania 16433
Key Responsibilities
Inspect products and materials to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards
Analyze inspection and testing results to detect patterns, inconsistencies, or deviations from standards
Recommend corrective actions to improve product and process quality
Operate and calibrate precision gauging instruments and inspection tools
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company quality procedures
Record inspection data and prepare detailed reports for internal teams and leadership
Maintain and organize inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
Follow all safety, environmental, and 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) guidelines
Support ongoing continuous improvement efforts in quality and efficiency
Perform other duties as assigned to support team and business needs
Skills/Competencies
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, work instructions, and inspection protocols
Experience with precision gauging tools and calibration techniques
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for identifying and addressing quality issues
Clear written and verbal communication to document findings and collaborate with teams
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced production environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving quality standards and tools
Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage individual responsibilities
Qualifications (Required)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Experience: 2–4 years in quality control, quality assurance, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Required to stand for extended periods.
Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
Frequent bending and stooping required.
Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
Must be able to work in noisy environments.
