General Office / Customer Service Representative
Part Time. Must be able to work weekends.

Job Summary The General Office/Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance via phone and in-person interactions. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various administrative tasks while ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in-person promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist in managing office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Process fuel orders.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain an organized and tidy office environment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
