Food & Beverage Seasonal Dishwasher

Role Summary Beach Park dishwashers ensure that restaurant tables are empty and ready to receive patrons.

Duties

Must be willing to accept the most effective role, as determined by management.

Makes guest service and guest satisfaction a priority in every aspect of the job.

Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.

Load and unload dishwasher.

Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.

Sort, stack and store clean dishes in proper areas.

Sweep up trash around the back of house.

Remove trash to dumpster.

Mop any spills to ensure that kitchen floors remain dry.

Must maintain a clean, organized work area and complete end-of-shift cleaning duties.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years old.

Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate.

Physical Requirements

Walking to and from your entire assigned area, and stairs when necessary.

Standing for extended periods of time.

Must be able to withstand direct and indirect exposure to sun and heat for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must frequently use arms, hands, and fingers to reach and handle tools and controls.
