Basics of this position Student worker will have regular contact with students, instructors and professors while working in the office. The student worker will be working for the Communications, Design and Creative Arts Department (CDCA) and will primarily perform their job duties in the art department assisting students and faculty in day‑to‑day activities.

What you'll do

Provide information on a wide variety of topics to diverse audiences.

Perform clerical support functions for student affairs departments.

Provide assistance during related campus events and information sessions.

Guide and interpret enrollment policies and procedures for students and faculty.

Help new students establish Banner Self‑Service, Blackboard, and email accounts.

Assist with resetting Banner Self‑Service passwords and online registration.

Conduct campus tours.

Answer a multi‑line phone system, take messages, transfer and refer calls to appropriate persons or departments.

Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

Education, experience, and other requirements • Currently enrolled student with a High School Diploma or equivalent, and over three (3) months of relevant full‑time experience, or any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities.

Preferred Qualifications Preference will be given to full‑time students.
