Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer, where you will play a key role in helping to deter security‑related incidents and creating a secure environment within a healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is an armed post, requiring an armed guard card or license. Job Schedule Saturday: 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM Sunday: 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help deter unauthorized access and support the security‑related needs of staff, patients, pseudo and visitors.

Document observations, BOTH incidents, and security‑related activities as required by Allied Universal and site‑specific guidelines.

Collaborate with healthcare staff and emergency personnel during incidents and/or drills to support a coordinated response.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location advised to deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance to those on site.

Minimum Requirements

Possess a valid armed guard card or license as required by law.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation inxcecl accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry‑specific jedes security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and /or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be needed for driving positions only.
