Demonstrate knowledge of strong assessment practices. Experience programming for students with exceptional needs would be considered an asset. Understanding of a split grade classroom and differentiation is necessary. Qualifications
A valid Alberta Teaching Certificate Demonstrates a student-centred philosophy committed to maximizing learning in a safe and caring environment General Duties
Proficiency with Google Suite and educational tools for communication and planning Experience and/or training in Assessment for Learning, including formative and summative assessment strategies Ability to build positive relationships with students and foster a sense of belonging Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues Commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice aligned with the Alberta Teaching Quality Standard A willingness to contribute to the school's extracurricular programs is considered an asset About Delnorte School

Innisfree is a small rural community in east central Alberta. This quiet village has a population of approximately 250 and a rural district approximately 1250. Innisfree offers essential services such as a gas station and post office, along with recreational facilities such as a curling rink, skating rink, recreation centre, and multi-sport court.
