Call Center Representative
Location: 231 Hill Rd, Rome NY 13341
Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Status: Full Time. On-site in Rome, NY. Position eligible for overtime and incentive earning.

What You’ll Do
Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls with timeliness.
Build sustainable relationships and engage members with superior service and support.
Perform problem resolution while offering products and services that fit their needs.
Process loan applications and maintain knowledge of underwriting guidelines and procedures.
Adhere to internal procedures and compliance and risk controls, including Bank Secrecy Act and the SAFE Act.
Educate and upsell members on alternative delivery channels and digital processes for an efficient experience.
Meet or exceed individual competencies and goals while contributing to organizational objectives.
Verify and maintain member information in Core and CRM systems.
Keep equipment operational and report malfunctions.
Update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and referring to knowledge base articles.
Uphold AmeriCU’s mission, vision, core values, and strategic direction.
Register in the NMLS database and keep personal information accurate and up-to-date.
