Join the Adventure! Lawson Adventure Park & Resort is accepting applications for ATV Guides for the 2023 summer. If you love driving through the mountains, scenic views, and Colorado adventure this is the place for you!
Note: We will be hosting 2 ATV training sessions May 13‑17 and June 3‑7 onsite. Training has a cost associated.
Responsibilities
Guiding groups of guests up a mountain trail for varying lengths of time
Sharing information on some brief local history
Following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Trained on ATV driving
Ensure guests enjoy their time
Requirements
Must have a Valid Driver’s License
LAP&R Training
Capable of positive guest interaction, engaging in conversation, making the attractions fun for everyone involved
Naturally outgoing and positive attitude
Must not be afraid of heights as some of the tours reach high elevations
CPR certification (Must acquire if hired uncertified. A CPR Training class will be hosted onsite on May 18th and payment must be submitted before the class is taken)
Compensation
Pay will be per hour with additional compensation based on experience level
New Guides: $13.86 – $14.50
Trip Lead: $14.11 – $15.25

We are a family-friendly mountain resort in the Colorado Rocky Mountains! We are open year-round and have fully furnished cabins and camping yurts for guests to stay in. For activities we offer whitewater rafting, ATV tours, guided fishing trips, via ferrata guided mountain climb & zipline in the summer. In the winter we have guided snowshoeing trips and ice fishing! We also have our Adventure Basecamp Bar & Grille House which has a full service bar, coffee service, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. We are a great place for groups to come and adventure together!

CCMRD & Loveland Ski Area day pass
During summer LAP&R offers day passes to the local Recreation Center. During the winter LAP&R offers a day pass to Loveland Ski Area.
Health Insurance
LAP&R offers employee Anthem (Blue Cross, Blue Shield) after 90 days of employment.
