The Woodhouse Spa in St. Petersburg is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our luxury spa. We’re looking for someone polished, personable, and sales-savy who can deliver a five-star guest experience from the moment guests walk in.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle guest inquiries
Upsell spa services and retail products
Process payments and balance the register
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or front desk roles
Strong sales skills and customer service mindset
Friendly, organized, and calm under pressure
Able to stand for 8+ hour shifts
