Has a keen attention to detail, is tidy and organized, and keeps the place spotless Uses the right tools to clean the floors and powder rooms daily Is the sanitation police and ensures all areas especially damp and moist areas are treated with extra care Greets each and every guest with a smile Is a steward of the Woodhouse brand making sure all areas comply to Woodhouse standards Takes pride in his or her work ensuring each guest has only the best experience Communicates frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations Ensures clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day Is a master of the tools and products necessary to give us the freshest laundry in the spa industry Maneuvers the spa with ease and grace collecting soiled laundry without distracting guests or team members Maintains an organized work space and places laundry in dedicated places Keeps the break room in order and never leaves a dish in the sink Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with laundry and housekeeping tasks in a hospitality setting Knowledge of cleaning tools, products, and sanitation procedures Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced spa environment Physical ability to lift and move laundry, stand for extended periods, and maintain a clean workspace Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for Saint Petersburg, FL) Benefits
