The
Merchandising Analyst
is responsible for supporting the development and strengthening of the operational, analytical, and technological foundation of the Merchandising team. The mission is to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and evolution of key tools ( Range Insights & Tech Tool ) that enable decision‑making for Business Units (BUs) and Merchandising in range selection, pricing, and regional strategy processes. This role combines technical execution, operational excellence, and a growth path toward category management.
Key Responsibilities Data Analysis Tools (Power BI)
Consolidate and unify information into a single Power BI dashboard that integrates: (1) Range and efficiency data, (2) Pricing analysis, and (3) New modules as needed.
Maintain and update Merchandising Power BI data monthly, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely information.
Continuously optimize tools and dashboards to improve usability and actionable insights for countries and regional BUs.
Develop and connect new data sources (segmentation, sell‑out, inventory, etc.) to expand analytical capabilities.
Collaborate with Sr. Manager and Director on the evolution and continuous improvement of Tech Tool.
Provide analysis and recommendations on model logic, input consolidation, and algorithm performance.
Ensure the tool operates correctly, remains updated, and is adopted across all categories.
Manage market and category feedback to refine functionalities.
Maintain documentation, organization, and process integrity related to Tech Tool.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and data management tools.
Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, database management, pivot tables).
Knowledge of Merchandising/Planning processes is a plus.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured approach.
Effective communication skills with technical teams.
