CNC Programmer
St. Rose, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Haas CNC Machine Operator responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Haas CNC machining centers to produce precision parts according to customer specifications. Essential Duties
Setup and operate Haas CNC machines efficiently and accurately Work with various types of metals and tooling configurations Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications Adhere to all safety protocols including hazardous communication and lockout/tagout procedures Follow daily production schedules and promptly report any delays or issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Complete all required production documentation and track usage of spare parts Requirements/Skills
High school diploma or GED preferred Prior experience in CNC machining or a related technical field Familiarity with G-code editing and machine tooling setups Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Prolonged standing, bending, and manual dexterity required to operate machinery Equal Opportunity Statement
