Software Developer (Systems Software)

Location: Chantilly, VA (on-site client environment)

Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph

As a Software Engineer you will work as part of an integrated web development team that will design, develop, and produce media elements and interactions that support clear communication and learner interaction related to adult learning solutions. These products include graphics, websites, web-tools, online courses, Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), blended, and face-to-face training. Development efforts will facilitate the overall team's educational mission.

Required Qualifications:

Must maintain an active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Experience translating customer and system requirements into software design.

Demonstrated experience working in a training environment, and managing multiple development projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated experience using Joomla site design and site administration.

Demonstrated experience developing Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), online training courses, websites, and other e-learning solutions.

Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, PDF, as well as Dreamweaver and After Effects.

Deep experience with developing in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and HTML.

Demonstrated experience using content creation and management tools for web design, web development, programming, graphic design, animation, videography, and audio recording.

Experience using JIRA or other IT ticketing and work tracking systems.

Desired: Certifications in UX/UI abilities and best practices.
