Pay:
$40–$49/hour to start Assignment Length:
3-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and budget Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week Work Model:
Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Responsibilities
Lead high-level brand and design campaigns across print and digital channels, overseeing end-to-end 360° execution for product launches and key brand moments while maintaining brand visual standards Manage projects from concept through execution by providing creative direction, incorporating cross-functional feedback, managing timelines, and collaborating with global teams and external agencies Provide creative leadership and mentorship to designers by defining design strategy, directing photo shoots, communicating concepts through visual comps or prototypes, and applying expert knowledge of typography, color, layout, and beauty-focused design principles Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (required) 8+ years of relevant professional experience (required) Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (required) Advanced knowledge of Mac systems, including basic Mac/PC compatibility troubleshooting Familiarity with PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams (preferred) Ability to provide a professional portfolio demonstrating relevant work
