With techniques like Root Cause Analysis and Failure Modes & Effects Analysis, we empower continuous improvement programs that keep people safe, equipment running, and quality high.

Position Overview Sologic is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver customer‑facing projects while also supporting key internal initiatives. In this role, you will serve as the liason between customers, technical teams, and leadership - ensuring projects are well‑scoped, well‑communicated, and delivered on time.

This is a hands‑on coordination role. You should be comfortable working with technical teams, understanding system constraints, and translating between business goals and technical execution.

This position requires juggling multiple projects of varying scale, with priorities affirmed weekly. We’re looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and curious – someone who enjoys bringing order to complex projects and helping teams do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer‑facing projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and expectations are clearly defined and met.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects, facilitating clear communication and issue resolution.

Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams (engineering, product, leadership, and others) to deliver project outcomes.

Manage internal projects that improve processes, tooling, or delivery capabilities.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reporting.

Identify project risks and dependencies early, escalating and mitigating as appropriate.

Facilitate project meetings, standups, and retrospectives as needed.

Ensure project documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible.

Support continuous improvement in project delivery practices and tooling.

Qualifications We recognize that strong Project Managers come from a variety of backgrounds. We’re especially interested in candidates who are eager to grow, learn, and take ownership of projects.

We are looking for someone with:

2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management (client‑facing experience preferred).

Experience or strong interest in managing technical or software‑related projects.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfort working with engineers, customers, and non‑technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

Familiarity with common project‑management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, etc.).

Familiarity with common project‑management concepts (Gantt charts, waterfall, agile, etc).

Must be based in the Puget Sound region (Seattle/Tacoma area) for periodic in‑person collaboration.

Nice to have

Experience working with or around software development teams.

Exposure to .NET, React, or modern web application architectures.
