Are you an advertising sales leader with a reputation for developing and motivating the best talent? Do you consider yourself a coach and a mentor in your current organization? Do you have a track record of success at driving top sales results and building sales teams? We are looking for an analytical thinker who has experience, and will be excited to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes and programs for our CPG advertisers. We need a leader who can work and thrive in a fast pace environment and utilize their great communication skills to manage a top performing sales team. This position can be located in NY.

Key Job Responsibilities

Hire and develop the best: attract, hire and retain top sales talent

Be a strong leader of leaders: front line managers will manage over time teams of 6+ direct reports

Create and implement sales programs and tools that help to increase the performance of your team

Coach your team to analyze the performances of their customers' full-funnel campaigns and provide optimization recommendations to their advertisers and agencies

Promote customer obsession: ensure that our advertisers and their agencies receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work

Partner across organizations to ensure that your team is set up for success

An expert in the CPG space with experience supporting top CPG brands

Basic Qualifications

12+ years of B2B sales experience

Experience managing teams

Experience managing teams who deliver on defined goals and timelines

Experience hiring and retaining sales talent

Experience building new customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications

Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals

Experience of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
