What You’ll Do
Supervise daily maintenance operations across the facility
Ensure all equipment, utilities, and grounds are maintained in safe working condition
Maintain required records, budgets, and maintenance supplies
Oversee the Housekeeping/Laundry department with 4–6 direct reports
Respond to facility emergencies and provide on-call support as needed
What You Bring
Experience in maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting
Strong working knowledge of state rules and regulations
Ability to respond to emergencies and manage multiple priorities
A positive, can-do attitude with dependable attendance
Leadership mindset with strong communication skills
