We are seeking a Materials Project Manager in our Broomfield, CO or Brooklyn Park, MN location. This role will be responsible for scoping, planning, and executing project plans while optimizing costs and driving overall project success. You will collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, procurement teams, and program managers to streamline materials planning and logistics for cutting‑edge quantum technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed schedules with milestones, budgets and logistics needs for deliverables on complex, multi‑faceted material management projects.
Lead regular status meetings, project reviews, and end‑of‑task retrospectives while continuously evolving the role to meet organizational needs.
Formulate and implement standard work for process controls of critical performance goals including safety, training, operational performance, asset capitalization, RFID tagging, spare fulfillment, import/export, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate gathering requirements, scoping initiatives and evaluating potential new projects.
Build and deploy reports, presentations and dashboards with KPIs related to the project planning, execution and performance.
Develop strong internal customer relationships and act as a liaison for materials management to organize and coordinate with multiple global technical and functional teams.
Ensure timely and effective communication of strategy, scope changes, roadblocks, risks, and progress between stakeholders, materials management and leadership.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree minimum.
Minimum 5 years of operations planning, control and coordination in new development high‑tech manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, or related industries.
Due to contractual requirements, you must be a U.S. person defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, or workers granted asylum or refugee status.
Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People’s Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

Compensation & Benefits: Incentive eligible. The pay range for this role is $127,000–$159,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
