Key Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Innovation
Own the complete design vision and execution strategy for Now’s presence across both onsite and offsite assets
Drive innovation in visual merchandising that directly impacts customer experience and business metrics
Develop scalable design systems that balance creativity, efficiency, and performance
Team & Operations Leadership
Build and mentor a high‑performing design team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Establish best practices and operational frameworks for design at scale
Own end-to-end design operations, from conceptualization to implementation
Business Impact & Technology Integration
Partner with business leaders to translate category strategy into compelling visual experiences
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure and optimize design impact on business outcomes
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience managing teams
Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different locales to drive alignment
Strong portfolio showcasing systematic thinking and scalable design solutions
Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of emerging technologies in design and creative automation
Experience in retail or e-commerce design, particularly in merchandising
Experience with performance marketing and data-driven design
