Associate’s degree Responsibilities
Perform complex assembly and rework of multi‑layer PCBs, specializing in microscopic soldering of fine‑pitch components and flip chips. Operate test equipment and use diagnostic tools for troubleshooting. Support engineers by providing technical assistance. Modify and build harness cables. Maintain inventory. Perform inspections of first article, in‑process and final product. Qualifications
3+ years of reworking PCBs and soldering experience. Experience with documentation. Skills
