Responsibilities
12+ Years of experience in Mainframe development.
Experience leading teams.
Develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications.
Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions.
Write and test COBOL, JCL, and other mainframe code.
Debug and resolve application issues.
Optimize application performance.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews.
