What You’ll Do
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the healthcare location.
Respond to incidents trend critical situations in calm, problem-solving manner, follow established protocols for healthcare environments.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify any irregularities.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help deter unauthorized access and protect property and assets within the healthcare location.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in detail reports as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including guiding individuals during evacuations or other urgent situations.
Collaborate with healthcare staff and local authorities as needed to address security needs and maintain a secure environment.
Minimum Requirements
Vaccinations are required for work at this hospital site.
Applicants may be required to work in the hospital morgue.
Applicants may be required to restrain individuals as part of duty at the hospital site.
X‑ray screening experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background Versch. in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. \ 얼> Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
