We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support and grow our affiliate and organic marketing channels. This early‑career role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in affiliate marketing and digital growth strategies who is eager to build their skill set in a fast‑paced, consumer‑focused environment. This individual will play a key role in managing affiliate partnerships, supporting SEO initiatives, and coordinating social media and UGC efforts.
Key Responsibilities Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships
Support day‑to‑day management and growth of the affiliate program
Assist with partner onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing communication
Coordinate promotions, product seeding, and campaign support
Monitor performance, compliance, and brand alignment across affiliate partners
Work with affiliate platforms and agencies to optimize program results
SEO & Organic Growth Support
Assist with keyword research, on‑page optimization, and content updates
Support SEO reporting and performance tracking
Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement organic growth initiatives
Social Media & UGC Coordination
Support coordination with creators, affiliates, and internal teams
Assist in organizing UGC campaigns and social content initiatives
Help track content usage, performance, and partner deliverables
Reporting & Analytics
Track performance across affiliate, SEO, and organic channels
Build and maintain reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and affiliate platforms
Support insight development to guide optimization efforts
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, SEO, social media, or digital marketing
Practical understanding of how affiliate and organic marketing channels operate
Experience working with influencers, creators, or UGC campaigns strongly preferred
Exposure to consumer brand or CPG environments is a plus
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Strong communication and coordination skills
