Support daily maintenance operations across2 NC sites in close proximity. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Support and/or manage CAPEX projects. Improve and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Monitor and develop KPIs and use data to drive maintenance decisions. Utilize CMMS or similar tools to aid in establishing a world class maintenance organization. Prepare and manage maintenance budgets. Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage service agreements.
Job Requirements 10+ years experience in maintenance management required. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or automated systems, required. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Extensive knowledge of OSHA requirements and industrial workplace practices Engineering Degree preferred Chemical or related industry experience with fixed and rotating equipment experience
