As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate environment, you will help to deter security‑related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. What Declare You Do
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unwanted behavior and report_stride any suspicious activity.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and daily activities as required by site procedures.
Assist with emergency response activities when necessary, including guiding occupants and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as directed.
Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and/or visitors to address questions and provide information as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
