Opportunity Overview Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics physician for a
full-time Medical Director
role providing primary care in skilled nursing facilities. This position combines
clinical care and physician leadership
with strong work-life balance.
Position Highlights Full-time, W2-employed Medical Director role with direct patient care Monday–Friday, in-person schedule No primary night call Provide leadership, clinical oversight, and mentorship to APPs Autonomy with strong operational and administrative support Uncapped earning potential
Compensation & Benefits Estimated compensation:
$281,147–$319,170 , uncapped productivity Sign-on bonus available Paid malpractice insurance with tail Medical, dental, vision, retirement, and SERPA benefits Paid CME and leadership development opportunities Robust back-office and clinical infrastructure
