The ability to serve as the clinical “soul” of an organization, inspiring physicians and care teams to think differently about aging, vulnerability, and care delivery•
Partner with executive leadership and the Board to define multi-year clinical priorities that improve outcomes, experience, and affordability.•
Intimately understand Medicare market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and performance drivers to guide strategy, resource allocation, and market expansion.•
Champion improvements in quality, safety, patient experience, and equity across all lines of business.•
Define and propagate leadership competencies for Medical Directors and clinical leaders across the enterprise.•
MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license (California required or ability to obtain)•
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior medical executive roles within Medicare Advantage, managed care, or integrated delivery systems•
Deep knowledge of Medicare, value-based care, utilization management, and regulatory environments•
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and influence physicians and cross-functional teams•
Experience operating across multiple care models (health plan, provider, home-based care, fully integrated systems)•
National visibility or experience in policy, advocacy, or industry leadership roles* Compensation includes a competitive base salary around $450,000.00 (depending on experience), annual performance bonus, and eligibility for additional executive level benefits.
