Join our dynamic Facilities team as a Hub Operations Leader who serves as a strategic and operational leader, responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace experience for Schneider Electric employees. This role oversees site culture, safety, security, sustainability, and infrastructure management, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with Schneider Electric’s values and vision. Acting as the primary liaison between employees, executive leadership, and external partners, the Site Leader drives initiatives that foster engagement, compliance, and efficiency.

Culture & Engagement Drive a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Schneider Electric’s values. Lead and mentor the Workplace Ambassador team to deliver exceptional employee experiences. Organize site events, meetings, and community initiatives that foster collaboration and engagement. Partner with leadership to implement site improvements and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.

Safety, Security & Sustainability Serve as the site lead for safety, security, and compliance, ensuring a safe and secure environment. Act as the primary contact for incident response and security protocols. Champion sustainability initiatives and environmental objectives across the site.

Operations & Facilities Management Oversee all site operations, including facilities, maintenance, shipping/receiving, and budget management. Manage construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance and timely delivery. Collaborate with corporate teams to optimize energy use and implement efficiency measures. Ensure technology systems (A/V, access control, security cameras, reservation tools) are fully operational.

What will make you successful Bachelor’s degree (required) in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams. Experience in site operations, facilities management, or workplace experience roles. Comfort with digital tools, IoT platforms, and technology-driven environments. Commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $110,000 - $126,500 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
