What You'll Be Doing
Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on drilling machinery
Monitor drilling progress and adjust operations as needed
Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Ability to operate and maintain drilling equipment effectively
Strong commitment to safety and compliance standards
Capability to work in physically demanding and outdoor environments
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Problem‑solving mindset for adapting to changing conditions
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to a post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
What We Offer
$28.76 per hour with an additional $0.50 per hour underground rate
