Summary The North America Revenue team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support revenue planning and reporting functions (FP&A). You will collaborate with finance teams across North America to improve and standardize planning and reporting processes. You will work with Finance and business teams, supporting both unit-specific analysis and region-wide projects to enhance planning and reporting dashboards. This is an important role in a growing team, providing opportunities for growth for you. You will report to the FP&A Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities

Support revenue forecasting, annual planning, and financial analysis using

Hyperion

and

Oracle applications , ensuring accuracy and delivery.

Prepare

monthly management reports

and handle

ad hoc revenue reporting and analysis requests , providing relevant insights for decision-making.

Help with

month-end close processes , including calls, reconciliations, variance analysis, and responding to ad hoc requests.

Provide inputs for

monthly financial packages

to management, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and deadlines.

Standardize and create efficiencies in

financial reporting models , improve accuracy, and lead

process automation

while maintaining Service level agreement and performance metrics.

Partner with teams (BUs) to resolve issues, analyze revenue movements, investigate variances, and develop new proposals that enhance operational efficiency.

Experience and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related.

6+ years of progressive experience in Finance.

Advanced English level.

Excel skill required; Experience of financial systems and tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and SmartView as an ideal.

Skills with a focus on customer service and responsiveness, experience supporting other finance professionals.

Experience working in system details and summarize and explain large amounts of information including variances to budget and forecast.
