Responsible for timely and accurate processing of account payable duties Processing invoices by entering them into accounting system and communicate with vendors and branches on issues. Complete carrier statement reviews Filing of processed invoices, checks and PO's Perform research as needed May perform other duties as assigned Other Skills & Abilities Working knowledge of accounting processes and procedures Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and prioritizing skills Ability to identify errors and employ problem solving skills to correct. Proficient in relevant computer applications Physical Requirements Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred.
