We're seeking a Reliability and Maintenance Engineer, reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, on behalf of a large food manufacturer in Sampson County, North Carolina, a short drive from Fayetteville, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience in Food Manufacturing, specifically meat, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and advanced technical skills in mechanical or electrical for a large manufacturing environment. This is a critical leadership role responsible for capital project development, reliability systems, TPM, and ensuring operational efficiency in a busy manufacturing environment.

Base valuation plus bonus potential.
