Sign Production Specialist We are looking for a Sign Production Specialist who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast‑paced production environment.
What You’ll Do
Produce high‑quality signs and graphics by following work orders and layouts
Apply computer‑cut vinyl and full‑color graphics to a variety of substrates
Prepare materials for production, including cutting, laminating, cleaning, mounting, and painting
Operate and maintain wide‑format printers and production equipment (UV flatbed, latex printers, routers, cutters, and laser engravers)
Perform quality checks before and after production to ensure accuracy and finish
Complete finishing work such as laminating, trimming, mounting, and packaging
Keep production and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
Assist with indoor and outdoor sign installations as needed
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in sign production, graphics, or a related field preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining accuracy
Willingness to work outdoors year‑round when required
