Description You will be a Circuit Card Designer for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team is responsible for developing cutting‑edge technologies for small form factor missiles, including processor boards and interface board designs.

What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for integrating missile electronics with a missile launcher. Candidates must be willing to learn the launcher system and how it interacts with the missile and test equipment. Responsibilities will include:

Working within the Electrical Engineering team and cross functional teams to effectively address integration and interface challenges faced during preparations for flight test

Support launcher integration tests and join rotation for flight test support at various test ranges

Help evaluate/troubleshoot and provide technical direction for failure investigations

Be self‑motivating, team‑oriented and capable of working with minimal direction

Willing to interface with internal teams, suppliers and the customer

- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of eight years of professional experience

Experience with circuit card design, integration, and test

Experience with Siemens Xpedition Enterprise or equivalent for schematic capture

Experience with Cadence Pspice or equivalent for circuit simulation and analysis

Demonstrated effective communication skills

Ability to obtain Secret Clearance

Desired Skills

Experience with Mentor Graphics Hyperlynx

High Speed Design including PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet, SERDES, high speed memory interfaces such as DDR 4/5

Experience with analog video system and design

Experience with digital video system and design

Experience with Xilinx Versal and Versal Gen 2

FPGA Design Experience

Experience in Verilog, SystemVerilog

Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part‑time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
